Great place to swim without the sea ****.

This is our home away from home! Every single staff member treats my husband and I as family. The concierge Javier Garcia is always so warm and welcoming. Bartenders Marco, Jorge and especially Facundo always have our favorite drinks on hand. I had the most amazing massage in the beautiful spa with Guilian. She did exactly what I asked about issues in my neck. She was wonderful. We love the Westin!!!!

Guilian was great! She did a great massage! I would recommend and sure will be back. The facilities were also really good.

This was our second time here— we loved it in June 2023. Liked it this time. The staff is fantastic— Vicky and Alex at the pool are wonderful. Excellent breakfast. But the hotel can use a new coat of paint…and the check in/check out service and cleaning can be a little more consistent. Our room was spectacularly cleaned and stocked up the first 4 days, but the last 3 days it did not look like it was swept, there were no new shower supplies and barely any towels— had to order more and wait, which is fine, but not to the standard of the first few days. Once we were checking out, the bar refused to serve us (cold water, not even alcohol), even though we had our all inclusive bracelets on still (we were told you pay until 11am). So….oddly inconsistent. Hope they update the chipping paint and get on the same page with service.

Nadine gave an amazing massage! And the sauna and steam room were well worth it! I didn’t want it to end. It was 30 mins in the wet room and 30 min massage.
